2 KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS: Develop, review and implement ICT strategy; Ensure implementation of ICT Governance; Develop, review ICT Policies and procedures which support organisational strategy; Oversee the smooth running of all ICT systems and infrastructure; Stakeholder and human resources management within the ICT department; Design, implement and monitor the ICT risk management plan; Implement the Disaster Recovery Strategies; Manage day to day operations of the ICT function; Operate computer hardware infrastructure; Manage and ensure ICT security; Maintain records and statistics; Planning and budget management; Administer IT-Site infrastructure; Liaise with users with regards to general IT-related matters; Provide feedback and reports; Establish and administer new Help Desk System; Configuration Management; Accumulate and expand knowledge through training; Administer management INFORMATION system; Administer Intranet; Network Controlling.

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS: Overall management of Report 191 curriculum and assessments (Business Studies); Offer academic and educational leadership; Monitoring and support in the setting and moderation of assessments; Monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning; Monitoring and support of educator and learner performance; Distribution and retrieval of learning and teaching material; Monitor staff and student attendance; Conduct subject meetings.

5 Management and administration of campus-based and cross-campus assessments; Management and administration of examinations; Teach Financial Management subjects N4 to N6; Report writing: weekly, monthly quarterly and annually, and for academic board; Support timetabling; Support policy development and implementation; Support work based placement and exposure for educators and learners; Must be prepared to serve, if and when the need arises, at any of the college campuses; Capture student attendance on ITS.
