All waiver requestswill be endorsed by the commander ors e n i o r l e a d e r o f t h e r e q u e s t i n g a c t i v i t yand forwarded through their higher head-quarters to the Policy proponent. Refer toAR 25-30 for specific management control regulation contains management con-trol provisions and identifies key manage-ment controls that must be u p p l e m e n t a t i o n.
