Employment may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice at any time by you or by the Company. This is true no matter what may be stated elsewhere in this handbook or in any other writing given to you by the Company.
2 Nothing in this handbook or in any document or statement shall limit the right to terminate Employment at-Will. No manager, supervisor or employee of the Company other than the Chief Executive Officer has any authority to enter into an agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to make an agreement for employment other than at-will. Any such agreement must be in writing and signed by the Chief Executive Employee handbook sets forth the terms and conditions of employment of all full-time and part-time employees.

No oral statements or representations can in any way change or alter the provisions of this in this handbook should be read to create any contractual obligation between you and the Company.
