3 Passengers requiring specialassistance, including without limitation those who permanently orperiodically use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by someonewho is fit and able to assist them, and who will be totally responsi-ble for providing all required TRANSPORTATION-The price of air transportation offered byAHI travel is based on Advance Purchase Excursion fares. Aftertickets are issued, penalties up to 100% of the ticket price may belevied. If connecting flights are requested, special promotionalfares may be used, in which case penalties of as much as 100% maybe assessed by the airlines if reservations are changed or can-celed after ticketing.

4 After departure, if the reservations arechanged, you will be charged the higher, all year Economy classfare. VARIATIONS TO THE GROUP ITINERARY MUST BEREQUESTED NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO who choose to make their own airline reservationsindependently will be wholly responsible for arrival and departuretransfers, and any airline fees or penalties incurred as a result ofprogram cancellation and/or change in travel dates, or airlineschedule(s).BAGGAGE-Baggage restrictions vary according to the airline policyand the class of service flown. Details will be provided with yourpre-departure information.

5 Baggage allowances are subject tochange by the carrier without notice. Excess baggage charges foradditional or oversized/overweight pieces are expensive and notincluded in your trip price; plan your wardrobe of baggage and personal effects is at the owner's riskthroughout the travel program. AUTHORITY TO USE IMAGES AND AUDIO RECORDINGS-On occa-sion, AHI travel obtains, from its staff, or from trip participants,photographic or video images of passengers and trip activities. Byparticipating in this travel program, you authorize AHI travel , with-out providing compensation to you, or obtaining additionalapprovals from you, to include photographic and video recordingsof you, as well as voice recordings included with any videos, in AHIT ravel's sales, marketing, advertising, publicity and/or travel and the Sponsoring Association do notown or operate any entity which provides goods or services for thisprogram, and act only as agents for the independent suppliers oftravel conveyance, transport.

6 Accommodations or other such persons or entities are independent contractors. As aresult, AHI travel and the Sponsoring Association are not liable forany negligence or willful act of any such person or entity or anythird person. In addition and without limitation, AHI travel and theSponsoring Association are not responsible for any delays, delayeddeparture or arrival, missed carrier connections, loss, death, dam-age or injury to person or property or accident, mechanical defect,failure or negligence of any nature howsoever caused in connec-tion with any accommodations, transportation or other services orfor any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment,with or without notice, or for any additional expenses occasionedthereby.

7 Dates, Program Details and Tour costs, although given ingood faith and based on tariffs, exchange rates and other informa-tion current at the time of printing, are subject to change at orbefore the time of departure. No revisions of the printed itineraryor its included features are anticipated; however, the right isreserved to make any changes, with or without notice, that mightbecome necessary, with the mutual understanding that any addi-tional expenses will be paid by the individual passenger. Baggageand personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners atall times. If the entire program is canceled for any reason, partici-pants shall have no claim other than for a full refund.

8 By forward-ing the deposit, the passenger certifies that he/she has no physi-cal, mental or other condition of disability that would create a haz-ard for himself/herself or other passengers and accepts the termsof this contract set out herein and in more specific pre-departurepassenger information. The airlines and other transportation com-panies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omis-sion, or event, during the time passengers are not on board theirconveyances. The passage contract in use, when issued, shall con-stitute the sole contract between the company(ies) and the pas-senger and/or purchaser of this cancellations for any reason will be subject to a$250 per person administrative fee.

9 You may choose, at the time ofcancellation, to apply the withheld administrative fee to a futureAHI travel program that will operate in the current calendar yearor year following. Cancellation from 120 days to 76 days prior todeparture will result in forfeiture of 10% of the entire cost of thetrip per person; 75-30 days, 50% of the trip cost per person; can-cellation from 29 days up to the time of departure will result in100% forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip. We strongly suggestpurchasing travel insurance. travel insurance information will besent to you with your confirmation letter from the MSU AlumniAssociation.

10 All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AHIT ravel. CANCELLATION OF TRIP OPTIONS-Purchases of optionalexcursions, trip extensions and additional hotel nights becomefully non-refundable 45 days prior to departure.
