You will also learn about the problems that may arise when transcribing hand-written Notes and how to make use of the features of technology to create, format and check text for accuracy. You will learn about the consequences of not following the rules of grammar, punctuation and spelling correctly and how to proof-read your work to make sure it is accurate. Finally you will learn the importance knowing and understanding your organisation s procedures for the storage, security and confidentiality of both documents and recordings.

To pass this unit the evidence that the learner presents for assessment must demonstrate that they have met the required standard specified in the learning outcomes and assessment criteria and the requirements of the Assessment Strategy.
