2 ( GCG ), the claims and noticing agent for the debtors and debtors-in-possession (the Debtors ) in the above-captioned proceeding. Our business address is 105 Maxess Road, Melville, New York 11747. 2. On November 25, 2009, at the direction of Richards, layton & Finger, , proposed counsel for the Debtors, ( Richards layton ), I caused a true and correct copy of the following document to be served by first class mail, postage prepaid, on the parties as set forth on the service list annexed hereto as Exhibit A.

3 1 The Debtors in these cases, along with the last four digits of each Debtor s federal tax identification number, are: Advanta Corp (2070), Advanta Investment Corp. (5627), Advanta Business Services Holding Corp. (4047), Advanta Business Services Corp. (3786), Advanta Shared Services Corp. (7074), Advanta Service Corp (5625), Advanta Advertising Corp. (3786), Advantennis Corp. (2355), Advanta Mortgage Holding Company (5221), Advanta Auto Finance Corporation (6077), Advanta Mortgage Corp.

4 USA (2654), Advanta Finance Corp. (8991), Great Expectations International Inc. (0440), Great Expectations Franchise Corp. (3326), and Great Expectations Management Corp. (3328), Advanta Ventures, Inc. (5127), Advanta Credit Card Receivables Corp. (7965), Ideablob Corp. (0726), and BizEquity Corp. (8960). Each of the Debtors (other than the Great Expectations entities and Advanta Credit Card Receivables Corp.) maintains its principal corporate office at Welsh & McKean Roads, Box 844, Spring House, Pennsylvania 19477-0844.

5 The Great Expectations entities maintain their principal corporate office at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. Advanta Credit Card Receivables Corp. maintains its principal office at 2215 B Renaissance Drive, Suite 5, Las Vegas, NV 89119. 1 Notice of Commencement of Chapter 11 BANKRUPTCY Cases, Meeting of Creditors and Fixing of Certain Dates (the Notice of Commencement ) [Docket No. 79]. 3. On November 25, 2009, also at the direction of Richards layton , I caused a true and correct copy of the Notice of Commencement to be served by first class mail, postage prepaid, on the nominees (the Nominees )2 holding the Debtors publicly traded securities (the Securities ) in street name for the beneficial owners of said Securities.

6 GCG also provided each Nominee with a letter (the Instructional Letter ) with instructions to distribute the Notice of Commencement to the beneficial holders of the Securities. The Nominees (excluding those that employ Broadridge as their mailing agent) as set forth on the service list annexed hereto as Exhibit B . 4. On November 25, 2009, also at the direction of Richards, layton , I caused a true and correct copy of the Notice of Commencement to be served by first class mail, postage prepaid, on the beneficial holders of the Securities3.

7 Due to the confidential nature of the identity of these parties, a service list has not been attached hereto. 5. As an added measure, on November, 2009, I caused true and correct copies of the Notice of Commencement and Instructional Letter to be sent by first class mail, postage prepaid, on the approximately 2,500 brokers and other financial institutions constituting GCG s proprietary broker database. This added service was designed to notify any and all brokers who might hold the Securities in street name (whether they were identified as a Nominee or not).

8 Due to the confidential nature of the identity of certain of these parties and proprietary nature of GCG s database, a service list has not been attached hereto. 2 GCG obtained the identity of the Nominees from positions reports provided by the Depository Trust Company and Broadridge. To effectuate service for those Nominees that employ Broadridge as their mailing agent, GGC sent the Cover Letter and the Notice of Commencement to Broadridge 3 GCG obtained the identity of the beneficial holders from position reports provided by Morgan Stanley & Co.
