This cause comes before the COURT on Defendants' Unopposed Motion to Amend Order (Doc. 247), filed January 7, 2016, to correct an oversight in the COURT 's January 5, 2016 Order at Docket Entry 246. Because the parties agreed that Qualcomm's and HTC's counterclaims would be dismissed without prejudice, and the COURT 's January 5, 2016.
2 Order refers to dismissal of the counterclaims with prejudice, good cause exists for granting Defendants' motion. Accordingly, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(a), it is ORDERED. AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. Defendants' Unopposed Motion to Amend Order (Doc. 247) is GRANTED. 2. The COURT 's January 5, 2016 Order (Doc. 246) is amended as follows: a. Counts II, III, IV, VI, VII, and X of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint (Doc. 26) are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. b. Counts III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XIX, and XX of Defendants', Qualcomm Incorporated and Qualcomm Atheros, Inc.
