The COURT 's January 5, 2016 Order (Doc. 246) is amended as follows: a. Counts II, III, IV, VI, VII, and X of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint (Doc. 26) are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. b. Counts III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XIX, and XX of Defendants', Qualcomm Incorporated and Qualcomm Atheros, Inc., Counterclaim (Doc. 75) are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. 1. Case 6:14-cv-00687-PGB-KRS Document 248 Filed 01/15/16 Page 2 of 2 PageID 8875. c. Counts III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XIX, and XX of Defendants', HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc.
