1 Premium Quality Gourmet Chicken ProductsPage 2In 1959 a very small butcher shop in Kensington supplied local customers with quality meat and chicken. Before long, news spread of the service and quality of meat and chicken supplied and the business outgrew the little shop. The business owner, John Piskopos realised that the market demand for poultry was ever increasing and so he took the business in a new direction: a wholesale supplier of poultry. In the late 1980 s, John Piskopos son, Nick joined the business and it grew substantially. The business diversifi ed further into producing quality poultry products such as chicken schnitzels and chicken kebabs. The business outgrew a number of premises as the production of chicken schnitzels increased due to great demand. Today the company, now known as universal Poultry Products, has evolved to become one of the largest manufacturers of chicken schnitzels in Australia.

2 In 2013, Nick s son John, joined universal Poultry Products also, making it three generations of family devoting themselves to the pursuit of manufacturing the fi nest poultry products on the a history of 55 years, universal Poultry Products is a quality poultry and meat supplier. Today, we specialise in manufacturing a large range of chicken schnitzels, tailored to suit the many diverse needs of our customers. With a strong network of major national customers, we supply our products throughout Australia. universal Poultry Products is completely Australian owned and operated, and all products are produced at our state of the art premises in Rowville, Victoria. Our facility comprises multiple production lines consisting of the best European equipment. With the added advantage of sorting graders, product consistency is ensured.
