6 Working a 5 day out of 7 rota with a starting salary of 27,000 per annum; the site is a 24 hour 7. days per week operation and you will be managing a team of 6. There may be occasions when cover is needed at weekends or nights as part of your management role you will need to be available to support this. You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of two course lunches and suppers each day, working alongside a Catering Assistant. You will have full responsibility for creating menus in line with budgetary constraints, recruiting staff, placing orders and completing weekly and monthly bookwork. This position will involve working predominantly Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm for 37 hours per week with a 30.
