2 Tables E080,E150,E220,E250,F170,F172,F175 The new series of DP*-2 and DP*-3 on-off and proportional pilot operated valves will replacethe current one, improving the flow capacity and the pressure drops characteristics, thanksto the new valve design with increased spool s diameter and new main body spools size has been increased from 25 mm to 28 mm for DP*-2 and from 32 mm to38 mm for DP*-3. For on-off versions the spool stroke is also longer respect to the actualseries, enhancing the pressure drops reduction. The new bodies will be gradually introduced in all Atos range of directional valves size 16and 25: solenoid pilot operated, ex-proof executions, hydraulically and pneumatic operated,hand lever, proportional : tech.

8 Available in TAK price list 11110 In-line system for real time monitoring of fluid contaminationAtos production test benches have been recently equipped with a new in-line systemfor fluid contamination analysis (ICM), in compliance with International Standard ISO4406:1999, NAS 1638; AS 4059 and ISO 11218 This system is constantly monitoring the following parameters: a) contamination level of the fluid circulating in the testing benches, ensuring thecompliance with NAS class 9b) fluid temperature c) eventual presence of water-into oilThe ICM is equipped with data recording system and local / remote control through USB portof the measured parameters.

9 A full color led scale on the front panel gives a basicindication of the fluid contamination level and a LCD graphic display shows the detaileddata.
