1 2870-40 Vasco 7000 Description Vasco 7000 is a chlorine, boron, formaldehyde and zinc free, water miscible, high performance cutting fluid, which is ester-oil based. Range of application High performance cutting fluid for difficult to machine materials as titanium, nickel based alloys or cobalt chrome alloys, as well as for heavy duty machining of cast iron, steel, aluminium alloys. Product properties Benefits Excellent cutting performance due to properties of ester high machining volume for toughest operations and materials excellent surface finishes Applicable in hard and soft water Low foam behavior in all water qualities Good rinsing behavior clean machines economical through low consumption For high pressure conditions low foaming behavior.

If a big increase in hardness is expected (due to high evaporation rate), we recommend to use water with a hardness of max.
