Deposit equivalent to one one s rent required per space at time of rental AGREEMENT . Upon termination of STORAGE , deposit will be used for last month s rent if account is in good standing. The STORAGE space must be left clean and dry or deposit will not be returned. Secure, alarmed, heated & sprinkled STORAGE building; accessible Monday through Saturday, 10am to 4pm, by appointment.

2 Access may be denied subject to staffing of the museum. Month-to-month rental period, prorated as needed. One month minimum rental period. REQUIREMENTS/TERMS Owner must provide proof of current insurance & it must be kept current while VEHICLE is stored at the Forney Museum. Owner is required to provide proof of ownership and current contact information. Owner is required to provide a car cover and keep VEHICLE covered while in STORAGE . Owner is responsible for all risk of loss or damage while on Forney Museum property. Mechanical work may not be performed on stored vehicles without express permission of Museum Administration.

3 Vehicles are not accessible on Sunday or major holidays. If VEHICLE needs to be moved to a different on site location, we will contact the owner who will have 5 business days to assist. If owner is unavailable or in emergency situations the VEHICLE may be moved by museum staff. Owner must provide a spare set of keys to be kept at the museum. All car batteries must be disconnected while the VEHICLE is in STORAGE . Owner must provide drip pan(s) if VEHICLE leaks fluids, and the owner is responsible for cleaning the floor of fluids. PAYMENT TERMS Payments are due by the first day of each month and are for the amount of $_____ per month for space number(s) _____.

4 Payment by check or money order is on the initiative of the owner invoices or reminders will not be issued. Payments received after the 5th of the month will be assessed a late charge of $25. An additional $25 late charge will be assessed for each 10 day period payment has not been made. This will occur on the 10th, 20th & 30th of each month. Rental payments not made for a 60-day or greater period allows the museum to remove VEHICLE from indoor STORAGE . Museum is not responsible for damage to or theft of vehicles that have been removed from STORAGE due to non-payment of rent.
