5 12345678910 Vibration EliminatorsSynthetic covered Vibration Eliminatorsare available for use when problems existfrom condensation and freezing ofmoisture on the outside surfaceof the Vibration warranty is given by Universal Metal Hose (Universal),located at 2133 South Kedzie, Chicago, Illinois 60623-3393, (773) 277-0700, for the benefit of the first purchaser of theproduct to which the warranty applies. This warranty applies only to those parts which are manufactured and delivered byUniversal. The warranty is that the parts manufactured and delivered byUniversal will be free from defects in material or workmanshipunder normal use and service for the time specified below.

6 In the event of failure of a part due to such a covered defect,Universal will repair or replace, at its option, the defective part atits factory location at 2133 South Kedzie, Chicago, Illinois60623-3393. The part must be returned to the factory by and at the expense ofthe person claiming the benefit of the warranty. The warranty shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) monthsafter the date of delivery of the product, twelve (12) months aftercommencement of use of the product, or the specified servicelife of the product, whichever period is the shortest.

7 All productsfor which warranty claims are made must be returned as providedabove to the factory within thirty (30) days from the date ofclaimed malfunction in order for this warranty to be only entity authorized to do any warranty repair is the manufacturer. The repairs or replacement by Universal will be accomplishedwith in forty-five (45) days from receipt of the defective parts atthe warranty is expressed in lieu of all other warranties,expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability,the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and of allother obligations or liabilities on the part of Universal and it neither assumes nor authorizes any other persons to assume forUniversal any other liabilities in connection with the sale of theproducts.

8 This warranty does not cover parts of products made by othersor products or any part thereof which have been repaired oraltered, except by Universal, or which shall have been subjectedto misuse, negligence or accident. Universal shall not be liable for damage or delay suffered by thepurchaser regardless of whether such damages are general, special or consequential in nature, whether caused by defectivematerial or workmanship or otherwise, or whether caused byUniversal's negligence regardless of the degree.
