1 It was a pleasure speaking with you over the phone the other day. Per our conversation I wanted to send you a short briefing of what our company is all about. We have been a supplier to the OEM market for construction equipment since the early 70's, predominantly focusing on Ground Engaging Products. As the market tightened here in the USA and became more competitive we began searching for alternate solutions of procuring our cast and forged parts. This endeavor lead us to procuring parts mainly from China. As we developed our relationships overseas our competitors in our market place began to go Low Cost Countries for product as well.
2 Once again it became a very price competitive situation As our imports grew we realized that we had many opportunities to go to our customer base and begin offering them the abilities to source other components to their specifications through fabco . Our solution is to optimize our talents and experience of sourcing, inspecting, engineering and maintaining inventory, all to offer our customer the benefits of global pricing without the headache. I have been pleased with our progress so far but I want to expand my supply base into other areas.
