10 ARTICLE I SHORT TITLE Section Short Title This ORDINANCE shall be known and cited as the VIENNA TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE . The provisions of this ORDINANCE are intended: A. To promote the orderly development of the TOWNSHIP . B. To encourage the use of lands and resources of the TOWNSHIP in accordance with their character and adaptability. C. To provide economic progress and protect and enhance property values. D. To reduce hazards of life and property, promote safety in traffic and provide fire protection.
