They will have pre-pay lunch locations openthroughout the CenturyLink Center starting when doors open forshopping on Friday, May 4. Pre-pay lunch tickets can be purchaseduntil the lunch break on Saturday, May 5. This allows shareholders theability to pre-purchase their boxed lunches ahead of time (avoidinglong lines) so you can grab and go whenever you want on lunch tickets are $15 and can be redeemed for your lunch atany Express Lunch Distribution location on Saturday, May 5 (boxedlunches only distributed on Saturday, May 5).

The facility is accessible todisabled patrons, as required by the ADA and applicable ADA entrance is located in the Main Arena Lobby on the 10th Streetside of the building. ADA seating is available on the main floor, as wellas locations throughout the arena. Event Staff personnel will beavailable to direct you. ADA parking is located in the parking garage aswell as lots B, C and D. Cameras/Recording Equipment/Cell PhonesTaking photographs and recording audio or video while the annualmeeting is in session (including the movie portion), is strictlyprohibited. This includes the use of cell phones for these policy will be rigorously enforced.

10 Offenders are subject toequipment confiscation, meeting credential revocation, and dismissalfrom the meeting. Seat SavingWe have received complaints from some shareholders about excessiveseat saving in the Arena the morning of the meeting. Reserving a fewseats for your group is certainly acceptable, but blocking off entirerows is unfair to other shareholders. Security will assist in enforcingthis Seating Due to increasing attendance numbers, and in order to not impose onour shareholder seating in the Arena, we are asking the students toview the meeting from the Grand Ballroom at the Omaha Hilton. Wehave made arrangements for a live broadcast (including the companymovie) in the ballroom.
