Implementationof its provisions will enhance selection and certification of qualified ENGINEER equipmentoperators, an essential element of safe and efficient ENGINEER equipment listing of tactical ENGINEER equipment requiring licensed operators is provided inAppendix additional types of equipment for which licensing is required areintroduced at a later date, applicable changes will be incorporated in this manual.
10 Otheri terns of tactical ENGINEER equipment do not require an operator s license; however, theoperators must be fully qualified/trained to operate and maintain those items. A listingof selected items of tactical ENGINEER equipment not requiring a licensed operator butrequiring operator training is also provided in Appendix , Appendix Aincludes a listing of tactical ENGINEER equipment for which licensing is recommended ifoperated by non-formal school trained SCOPE.
