Purbeck District COUNCIL is the planning Authority and will issue the final decision notice ( planning Determination) once their investigations into the application, consultation period and decision-making process have been completed. To consider the following planning applications received: PDC - Delegated planning Applications 6/2018/0646 and 0647 Location: Black Bear Hotel, 14 South St, WAREHAM BH20 4LT Proposal: Application for additional A1 Use Class to be added to existing Use Classes (assumed to A3, A4, C1).

Traffic Concerns in Westerman Way, Westgate, Worgret Rd An email has been received from Mr West, a resident of Westerman Way. Westerman Way is situated opposite the school and from as parents collect the children, it is mayhem: 1) Cars block drives 2) Cars double park 3) Leave their engines running 4) Park on the pavement restricting access and eroding the tarmac.
5 I appreciate if they need to collect their children they require somewhere to park, so why not the school grounds as there appears to be room? I would appreciate if a meeting could be scheduled to discuss a way forward, one of my neighbours has moved and the other 2 are up for sale due to this issue. 8. Appeal Decisions 9.
