Notary Public commission renewals by the Washington County Law Library will be reviewed periodically by the Law Librarian and the Washington County Administrative Office. 12. Washington County Law Library Notaries Public will attend an oregon Secretary of State Notary Public education class at the time of each Commission renewal or no later than 6 months after renewal.
