If the employee exercises seniority after the 20th of a month the Salaried benefits will continue until the end of the following month. Advise employees returning to craft to email for requirements to enroll in benefits. When a Scheduled employee gets a promotion, their Salaried benefits begin on the first of the month following 30 days worked in a Salaried position (exception is Feb. 1st, benefits begin on March 1).
