1 We offer our clients complete solutions - from idea and design to final assembly of the buildings. Introduction The company started the production of metal products in 1992 and prefabricated modular buildings in 1997 Harmet s product range includes various modular houses, building elements, modular on-site facilities, portable toilets Our company today Today Harmet operates in three factories with total production area of 47 700 m2 Harmet employs about 650 workers Office personnel, in Kumna, is around 40 people. Total annual building capacity is over 200,000 m2 Our markets Harmet s primary market is Scandinavia as more than 90% of our production is sold to the Scandinavian countries Over 70% of our production goes to Swedish market with primary customers being Boklok and Cramo Sales by countries 2017 HARMET Group Total sales: 72,6 MEUR Estonia; 5,36% Finland; 11,28% Sweden; 76,22% Norway; 3,88% Germany; 1,08% Denmark; 2,06% Lithuania.

Our pre-fabricated modules are with all doors and windows installed; with all interior finishing and most of the exterior finishing already done; with complete power, water and sewage systems; with all sanitary and bathroom appliances already fitted; with a pre-installed ventilation system; with pre-installed kitchen cabinets and appliances; as per the customer s request, we can also install all furnishings; all modules undergo quality control before leaving the factory.

3 Module dimensions For optimal transport solutions we produce modules with width of 4,1 m, length 11 m and height of 3,0 m. Quality and warranty Our products feature high-quality construction that ensures a long service life and reduces future maintenance costs. Harmet s products come with a 5-year warranty. ETA Cerificate, Quality and environmental management certificates Already in March 2010, Harmet aquired pan-European quality certificate ETA-10/0030 to design and construct up to five floors wooden houses.
