9 The menu is finalized 30 days prior to your event. At that time, we ll prepare a cost estimate and forward this to you. Payment is required based on this estimate no later than 21 days before your event. Payment may be made by credit card or cheque. If you wish to pre-pay your event in increments, you are welcome to do so and all funds received will be applied to the cost estimate and final payment. In the event of a cancellation, Caesars Windsor is entitled to your forfeited deposit amount, plus a percentage of the total estimated revenues according to the following schedule:3 - 6 months before event 75% of Food & Beverage revenue0 - 3 months before event 100% of Food & Beverage revenueCaesars Windsor reserves the right to inspect and control private functions.
