3 Each participating parent/guardian is given a secure care -4 account from where they can authorise payments to their carers. Payments authorised before 3pm on any working day will arrive in your nominated bank account 2 working days later via the secure BACS system. If you have provided your email address, or mobile phone number, you will receive an email or text message confirmation each time a payment is made to will be provided with a carer account number and a password. This is all you need to check payments paid to you, or any that are pending.

5 Approved carers must be on the Voluntary Ofsted Register. 6 On receipt of your completed registrationdocuments, parents/guardians are able to authorise paymentsdirectly into your nominated bank account on a day agreed withyou.
