3 Is the Flex card used like cash? It is like a visa Gift card or visa Debit card . It cannot be redeemed for cash. Is a PIN required? The Flex card can be processed as a credit transaction so that a PIN is not required. However, if a PIN is requested, the PIN is the last four digits of the card number. How do I know if the Member has a balance left on their Flex card ? Please have the member call WellCare directly at 1-833-444-9089 to confirm their balance.
