Like a self-empowering summit, women will practice quieting the inner critic, navigating feedback, mindfulness, self-awareness, be re-introduced to their true self, find forgiveness, will explore ways to take control of their lives, practice gratitude, and apply the principle of Cognitive Behavior Therapy in making simple changes to thinking.
