1 Wisconsin Dairy Plant Directory 2020 - 2021 Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Division of Food and Recreational Safety dfs-4001-0601 January 2021 How To Use The Dairy Plant Directory The 2020-2021 Wisconsin Dairy Plant Directory is designed to enable the user to locate and identify the business office and Plant location of every licensed Dairy Plant and bulk milk tanker (BMT) wash facility in Wisconsin . In the first section, each Plant is listed by county and is identified by trade name, Plant address, Dairy Plant number and processing operations information. The second section is a numerical listing and the third section is an alphabetical listing of the Dairy plants. This is useful when tracing the origin of a cheese or Dairy product. There are 395 Dairy plants operating in the State of Wisconsin and they are designated with the prefix 55. There are 74 bulk milk tanker wash facilities and they are designated with the prefix 54.
