This case concerned commercial premises. The claimants were the tenants and the defendant was the landlord. The landlord changed the locks in an attempt to forfeit the lease. The tenants commenced proceedings against the landlord for breach of covenant and contended that the lease was continuing and there had not been a valid forfeiture.
