WORLD ANTI-DOPING code The WORLD ANTI-DOPING code was first adopted in 2003, took effect in 2004, and was then amended effective 1 January 2009. The following document incorporates revisions to the WORLD ANTI-DOPING code that were approved by the WORLD ANTI-DOPING Agency Foundation Board in Johannesburg, South Africa on 15 November 2013.
