We appreciate you taking the time to complete this Survey, and we wish to be very clear about the way in which any personal data you provide when completing the Survey is used, stored, and retained. LAWFUL COLLECTION & USE This Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

2 Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. By completing the Survey, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Policy . For the purpose of this Policy , the definition of personal information is information which relates to and can identify a living individual. The Client Satisfaction surveys seek to continuously improve the experience and services that WPP operating companies provide to clients, Conversely, there are select surveys, that also seek to understand WPP Operating companies experience of their clients, as part of an Agency review of Client survey. When we conduct surveys, our invitations and questionnaires clearly identify us and explain the purpose(s) of our contact and If applicable, the purpose for our collecting your personal data.

3 You may decline to answer any questions or withdraw from participation in a survey at any time. When we contact you, generally in person, by telephone, by email or by post, we do so for one of the following purposes: INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU We will collect and process the following data about you: Information you give us. This is information about you, that either you have submitted through survey completion or have previously provided. Information that you have provided may include your name, e-mail address, company name and company position. Information we collect about you. When you complete the Survey, we also collect the following information: technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, Type of device used, operating system name and version of the device used, operating system and platform.

4 2of5 CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY We take appropriate technological and organisational measures to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Our security procedures are consistent with generally accepted commercial standards used to protect personal data. Unfortunately, no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to ensure our systems are secure. All our employees are contractually obliged to follow our policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, security and Privacy .

5 THIRD PARTIES AND DATA TRANSFER ACROSS BORDERS: You can be assured that we will protect your Privacy . We will not make your personal information available to anyone without your agreement unless it is for research purposes only or if required by law. This includes your name and e-mail address. Your personal data may be collected, stored, transferred or processed by our sister companies within the WPP group, or 3rd party service providers for research-related purposes, such as data processing. They are all contractually bound to keep any information they collect and disclose to us or, we collect and disclose to them, confidential and must protect it with security standards and practices that are equivalent to our own. Where these transfers are across borders or outside the EEA we shall put safeguards in place to ensure the transfer is made by a legitimate method for the purposes of EU data protection law and secure.

6 COOKIES Cookie disclosures (only for online survey participants): Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by a website that assigns a numerical user ID and stores certain information about your online browsing. They are used by web developers to help users navigate their websites efficiently and perform certain functions. The website sends information to the browser which then creates a text file. Every time the user goes back to the same website, the browser retrieves and sends this file to the website's server. We use cookies to enhance your experience on our website, for example to complete forms, identify returning visitors and offer related content. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.

7 When you visit the survey portal managed by Medallia, our third party technology partner, or our corporate website, those sites may also use cookies. Please check the terms of use and the Privacy policies of those websites when you visit them. The technology used to provide the Surveys also collects technical information such as: respondent IP address; the date and time at which respondents access Medallia s website and respondent HTTP request headers. In order to improve services, we offer you or site functionality, we may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. 3of5 USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION We use information held about you in the following ways: Information you give to us. We will use this information solely for the purposes of completing the survey, collating and analysing responses.

8 We then use this data to enhance the relationship between clients and the WPP operating company. We also create management information which is presented at senior levels within our business. The management information is at an aggregate level and does not include responses at an individual level. In the case of WPP Operating companies surveying clients: Individual WPP operating companies will have access to Client respondent level feedback, that relates to their company, in order to address Client specific feedback and enhance Client services. Information provided may be used to contact you regarding your response. In the case of clients surveying WPP Operating companies, ( Agency review of Client via the Vantage Program): Individual WPP operating companies, and the surveying Client , where requested by the WPP operating company, will have access to respondent level feedback that relates to their company, in order to address Client specific feedback and enhance Client services.

9 Information provided may be used to contact you regarding your response. Information we collect about you. We will use this information for the full functionality of the website and the Survey, as set out above. Information we receive from other sources. We may combine this information with information you give to us and information we collect about you. We will use this information and the combined information for the purposes set out above (depending on the types of information we receive). DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION We may share the information you provide within the WPP group. Kantar TNS, part of the WPP group and our survey partner, will also have access to your information for the purposes of the Survey. Medallia, our third party technology partner in conducting the Survey, will have access as we use their technology to provide the Survey.

10 We will never disclose your personal information to any other third parties unless we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA All data that we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA"). 4of5 Only where applicable your data may be viewed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us as part of this Survey. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy . Any transfer of personal data outside the EEA will be done subject to Standard Contractual Clauses allowing such a transfer to a third country. Where information is transferred to a country outside the EEA, the laws of that country may not provide the same level of protection for information.
