7 Selle(s) shall obtain for Buye(s) a commitment to issue therequired title policy ("title report") from MafSu Title lnsurance Agency, lnc. immediately uponthe execution of this Agreement. A copy will be provided to Selle(s) and Buye(s). Within ten(10) days from the receipt of said title report by Buye(s), Buye(s) shall notify Selle(s) and thetitle company of any restrictions, reservations, limitations, easements and conditions of record,("title defects") disclosed in the title report which are objectionable to Buye(s). ln the event thatBuyer(s) so notifies Selle(s) of any title defects, Seller(s) shall have until the closing date tocure or remove the title defects. Selle(s) shall be obligated to remove all title defects objectedto by Buye(s) or shall notify Buye(s) that such items will not be removed at or prior to closing inwhich event, Buye(s) shall be entitled to return of the earnest money deposit.
