2 Requirements: * Minimum Honours Degree in Engineering, Law or an equivalent field* Master s Degree will be an advantage * Minimum of ten (10) years managerial experience, five (5) of which should be at an executive level * Suitable experience in a regulatory environment and xperience in the petroleum industry will be an advantage. The candidate must be competent in the following: * Management and leadership skills * Good communication skills * Interpersonal relationships * Negotiation skills * Report writing skills * Financial management skills * Problem solving and analysis * Planning and organising skills * Time management * MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point and Project). Key responsibilities: Provide support to the Full-time Regulator Member Primarily Responsible for Petroleum Pipelines Regulation in administering the Petroleum Pipelines Act, regulations and rules, including: * assisting in the development of rules and licence conditions and managing the processing of licence applications * Carrying out licensee compliance monitoring and enforcement in accordance with the relevant legislation, regulations, rules and licence conditions * assisting in the development of tariff methodologies and tariff filing requirements * Processing tariff applications * Facilitating dispute resolutions, including customer complaints and mediations * _____ JOB ADVERTISEMENT (HR 03/18 - Executive Manager: Petroleum Pipelines Regulation), Two Publications.
