1 1 X360pro V3 User manual V3 Operation manual To create new 14719 firmware, you need CPU key and Original 14719 nand First get the CPU key If you already have your console's CPU key you can skip this step and directly jump to the next step. If you do not have the CPU key will have to be obtained by following these steps (make sure your machine is not yet upgraded to the latest official 14719 firmware, otherwise there is no way to get the CPU key): 1. 3 7 after read NAND twice, software will compare the reading result, will display a green mark if the verification was success . 8 If bad blocks found, will be shown an exclamation point, and green MATCHED, which shows the existence of bad block in your nandflash, please disregard out to continue to the next step 9 If compare error, will display an exclamation point, and shows the red MISMATCH , please process the third reading, until the comparison correctly 10 7. At this time, the NAND was read complete, please pay attention to the nand version was , and then prepare flash this NAND to X360pro V3, make sure the switch at the custom firmware state (the switch status: red light), as shown in figure below 11 8. Now start to flash the NAND, first in C: \ nandpro (the default settings of the directory can be changed), find and rename it to , and then perform tasks according to figure below 12 9.

4 Write Image to NAND, This process takes approximately 6 minutes. 13 After writing is completed, click on the the Build Xell Reloaded option, select the nand file ( ) in the select image . Configure the corresponding model to trinity, Click Build Xell Reloaded to generate xell . You will see a successful message once done. 14 After click Yes , you can see the green tick (meaning the file has been generated in the C: \ nandpro), click the Wriet Xell to of NAND , and will pop up a confirmation window, click OK to begin flash xell into the NAND of 360. 15 Writing 4F will complete within a minute, press any key to exit. 16 First unplug the console power, then unplug the USB cable. And then connect the xbox360 power supply, boot and connect a TV signal line (not HDMI), wait for about an minute.

5 The screen appears: CPU key and DVD the key. You can use the camera or write down the key. Keep the key safely, shutdown consoles. 17 Upgrade, Read new version of NAND 1. Make switch state at the original firmware , upgrade consoles firmware to official firmware. Power off console after upgrading. 2. Follow step 4 to read the NAND. 18 New rebuild firmware Decompression (download from official website), execute the xeBuild GUI 19 Paths -----> Source File ------> open select the newly generated nand file, outpath the file ------> save can be specified to generate the file save path. Build type select GGboot; Motherloader select Trininty; the Keys select previous cpu key; other settings to default state; after selection interface will appear 8 green check mark, as shown, and finally click on the Generate hacked image to generate firmware.

6 Default firmware name was (name can be changed), then close this application. 20 Write new firmware Make sure switch at the custom firmware (red light), then the follow step 5. Note: should rename the to (orignal nand files can be deleted or moved to another location) 21 Write is complete. Disconnect the USB data cable, you can boot up (red light:custom fimrware; no light: original firmware).
