Our programs are conducted over a limited period of time as we believe that students will retain the information better and be more able to build on what they have groups are made up of like-minded students so that the sessions flow and cater to their specific needs. The content and approach of our workshops and practice exams are based on the types of papers found in the actual exams your child will be sitting. This book is relevant for students who are sitting an exam when they are in Year 6.

4 NAPLAN resultsAnother indicator will be your child s NAPLAN results. Students who are suitable for our workshops will generally score in the top triangle (top 5% of Victorian students) or in Band 8 (the next 10% of Victorian students) in Reading and Numeracy. These basic skills need to be at a very high standard when considering workshops for competitive exams. Educational Assessment by HendersonsIf you are uncertain whether your child should sit a scholarship or entrance exam, then an individual Educational Assessment will assist in providing you with clarity. They take three hours, including up to fifteen minutes feedback and cost $300.
