2 Your rental payments will commence when notified to youwithin your payslip, usually from the first salary sacrifice payment following the collection of the bicycle and relatedsafety equipment (the Equipment ) by you or as otherwise notified on your paymentsTe r m i n a t i o n F e e :If you cease employment with the Employer, the Hire Agreement will be terminated and the tax exemptions availableunder the 'Cycle to work ' scheme will no longer be available. You will be required to pay a termination fee of an amountnot exceeding the outstanding monthly hire payments and calculated as set out above. The termination fee will notbenefit from any tax exemption and will be collected by the Employer from any remaining net salary payments. Shouldthis not be possible for any reason, or the outstanding liabilities exceed any remaining net salary payments, theEmployer will require settlement of any outstanding of Hire{$scheme->hire_period} months from the date of the commencement of your salary sacrifice.

4 51 Section 10 in the Terms and Conditions attached to this Hire Agreement , which sets out your obligations to care forthe Equipment whilst it is in your possession prior to and upon Cancellation of the Hire Agreement under Section 10 Cancellation RightsYou have a right to cancel this Agreement upon the later of 14 days from the date you receive an email containing a linkto the fully approved and executed Agreement under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, or within 7 working days beginningwith the day after you have collected/received the Equipment under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)Regulations 2000. You may cancel this Agreement within that period by giving written notice to the employer listed atthe address above. Return of any collected/received Equipment will be at your own cost and risk.

5 If you cancel thisagreement and a salary reduction has been applied under the Agreement , the Employer will include the value of thesum of any salary reductions made in your gross salary at the next date your salary is due to be paid. For furtherdetails, you are referred to Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions attached to this Agreement . MISSING PAYMENTSM issing payments could have severe consequences and may make obtaining credit more - READ THIS CAREFULLY TO FIND OUT ABOUT YOUR RIGHTSThe Consumer Credit Act 1974 covers this Agreement and lays down certain requirements for your protection whichshould have been complied with when this Agreement was made. If they were not, the owner cannot enforce thisagreement against you without getting a court order. 8 It sets out the basis on which the Employer (as detailed on the frontpage) will allow you to hire and use the bicycle and or (if applicable) safety equipment hired by you under thisagreement (the "Equipment") for the purpose mainly of commuting between your home and workplace, or betweendifferent workplaces in connection with your employment ("Commuting").This Agreement also varies your terms and conditions of employment. Specifically, it sets out the terms on which youagree to give up part of your entitlement to salary in return for the non-cash benefit of being provided with theEquipment ("Salary Sacrifice") - please see section 4 (Salary Sacrifice and Hire Period) below for more Employer has contracted with a company called Cyclescheme Ltd to administer its Cycle to work scheme andprovide you with access to a broad range of bike shops (known as " Cyclescheme Partner Shops") from which toYour Cyclescheme Hire of 1029/06/2011 11.

9 51obtain the EligibilityThe intention is that by entering into this Agreement you will be entitled to take advantage of an exemption from incometax and National Insurance contributions in relation to the payments you make under this be eligible for these exemptions, the following conditions will need to be satisfied:- the Equipment that you hire from the Employer must be a bicycle or a bicycle and related safety equipment; you must be 18 years of age or over; you must be a UK PAYE taxpayer; you must use the Equipment mainly for commuting, although you are entitled to use it for other purposes aswell;you must hold a regular contract of employment and remain in employment for the duration of the agreed 'HirePeriod' (see section 4 below); andyou must receive regular monthly salary instalments ( employee's who may not meet this requirment eg termonly staff should contact their HR Manager to arrange for an annualised contract of employment beforeapplying).

10 If any of these conditions are not or cease to be satisfied, or the law changes, you may find that you are no longereligible as a result for the relevant exemptions and the Employer may be required to treat the provision of theEquipment as a taxable who already have a Cycle to work Agreement in force may not enter into a second Hire Agreement until thefirst Agreement has officially ended an all outstanding monies (if applicable) have been and the Employer reserve the right to decline a request to issue a Secure Certificate and participate inthis Agreement .
