CHARLOTTE CODE 12 - 1 PART 1: SUPPLEMENTAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS CHAPTER 12: DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF GENERAL APPLICABILITY PART 1: SUPPLEMENTAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS Section Every lot must abut a street.
