Paragraph CPAR Evaluation Methodology has been updated to add the following sentence: Each factor used shall be evaluated and a supporting narrative provided (FAR (b)(4). 2. Paragraph CPAR Evaluation Methodology has been updated to remove the following sentence: Subjective evaluations concerning the cause or ramifications of the CONTRACTOR s PERFORMANCE may be provided; however, speculation or conjecture should not be included. 3. Paragraph CPAR Evaluation Methodology has been updated to add the following sentence: The evaluation should: include a clear, non-technical description of the principal purpose of the contract or order, reflect how the CONTRACTOR performed. be tailored to the type, size, content, and complexity of the contractual requirements.)
