INFORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) startup in residence Program ________________________________________ _____________________ This INFORMAL REQUEST for Proposals is being sent out by the City of Oakland ( City ) for participants in the startup in residence ( STIR ) program for a potential contract in an amount not to exceed $50,000. Oakland s Civic Design Lab, a R&D innovation incubator inside City Hall, is co-hosting the STIR Program, which connects City agencies with innovative technology start-ups to develop technology solutions for government.

INFORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – Startup in Residence Program months, during which time the City and participant(s) will negotiate an annual maintenance fee for future years.
