Personal data processing By filling in the registration form and by accepting the registration terms participants of SPE Russian Petroleum Technology Conference (hereinafter Event ) willfully and to own benefit express their consent for processing of their Personal data to be performed by corporate affiliation of Society of Petroleum Engineers Europe Limited (UK) (hereinafter SPE ), located in the Russian Federation at the address as follows: 121059, RF, Moscow, Berezhkovskaya naberezhnaya, house 6, 4th floor. This consent is issued for processing of the Personal data with a view to organize the Event in which the participant takes part as well as to submit the information about SPE activities to the participant. This consent covers the Personal data of the Event participants which is indicated in the registration form and, in particular, the data as follows: family name, first name, job site (corporate name and address), job title, contact phones (corporate, mobile, fax, etc.)
