PLEASE read CAREFULLY You will need to purchase a Shoshone and Arapaho Tribal Permit and a Recreation Stamp if you will be departing from the following Shoshone National Forest-Popo Agie Wilderness trailheads: Smith Lake/North Fork Trail Trailhead (Dickinson Park) Bears Ears Trailhead (Dickinson Park) Or anywhere out of Dickinson Park if you travel to Dickinson Park in a vehicle. You have several permit options, however most people will choose a daily permit. You will need a permit for the specific date(s) you will be traveling across Tribal lands to the USFS-Shoshone National Forest Trailheads. This means you will need one for your entry date and one for your exit date PLUS one Recreation stamp, for each person in the vehicle. Recreation Stamp: $ Resident Fees: Annual $ , 1-day $ , 7 day $ , Senior Citizen Annual (60 yrs and older) $ , Youth (15 yrs to 17 yrs) Annual $ , Handicap $ , Under 15 yrs no charge.
