SCOPE This SPECIFICATION covers design, Engineering, Manufacture, Testing, Inspection before dispatch, forwarding, packing, transportation to sites, Insurance (both during transit & storage ), storage, erection, supervision testing & commissioning of all sizes of All Aluminum Alloy Conductors of the aluminum magnesium- silicon type for use in the distribution overhead power lines of NESCO of Odisha. The equipment offered shall have been successfully type testes and the design shall have been satisfactory operation for a period not less than two years on the date of bid opening. Compliance shall be demonstrated by submitting with the bid, (i) authenticated copies of the type test reports and (ii) performance certificates from the users.
