USSSA POINT SYSTEM . EARNING points Teams earn points while placing in USSSA Tournaments. Teams accumulate points throughout the season. These points are used to seed teams in the State Tournament and also in USSSA World Series. The more tournaments a team participates in and the higher they place, the better seed for the State Tournament and World Series. Teams may also receive points for participating in USSSA Sanctioned Leagues. DOUBLE points WEEKENDS Nebraska USSSA will offer two weekends of tournaments where teams can double their points for placing. STATE QUALIFYING TOURNAMENTS Teams that participate in State Qualifiers automatically qualify to participate in the Nebraska USSSA State Tournament. NIT TOURNAMENTS These tournaments are the top of the line in USSSA Tournaments.
