INTERLOCK-Application DMV-21-DU 5-2021a - West Virginia

The State of West Virginia may issue restricted driving privileges to a driver who has been revoked due to a DUI o˜ense. The driver must apply for, and be accepted into, the Alcohol and Drug Test and Lock Program (INTERLOCK). Once accepted into the program, the driver must have an approved ignition INTERLOCK device installed in their vehicle.
