examiners, additional copies of synopsis/abstract, and payment of thesis examination fees (for Ph.D. only), students and their thesis supervisors should ensure that the guidelines have been adhered to. While submitting the thesis, every student is required to provide the Dean of Academic Affairs a signed checklist in the following format.
