2. (1) The public business of the State is distributed among Ministers as set out in the Schedule. (2) Each Minister is to administer the matters set out in the Schedule next to the Minister’s title as follows: (a) the matters connected with the public business of t he State listed under the heading ‘Principal Ministerial Responsibilities ’;
