Unless otherwise separately provided in these bye-laws, the following words and terms shall have the meaning assigned to them here in: Interpretations of the words and terms. (i) 'Act' means the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960 (Amendment 2013 (ii) 'Rules' means the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961.
