Mobile Payment Instructions Issued Pursuant to the Provisions of Article (3/C) of the Banking Law No. (28) for the year 2000, and Articles (26) and (29) of the Electronic Transactions Law No.(85) for the year 2001 Article (1): These Instructions shall be called “Mobile Payment Instructions of 2013” and shall be effective as of March 1st, 2014.
