Routine testing for viral pathogens NOT recommended unless for cohorting Medical Unit Admit Criteria (any of the following) · Sustained hypoxemia (SpO2 < 90% awake, 88% asleep) · Apnea · Dehydration/impaired oral hydration requiring ongoing IV or NG fluids
