3Ts for Reducing Lead in drinking water in Schools Revised Technical Guidance This October 2006 version of the 3Ts for Reducing Lead in drinking water in Schools: Revised Technical Guidance is a modification of the December 2005 version. The modifications in this version clarify the instructions for collecting samples from drinking water outlets, please see sections , , and Additionally, EPA made some minor modifications to the nomenclature in Chapter 4.
