PURPOSE This Policy applies to ACC, ALTCS E/PD, DCS/CMDP (CMDP), DES/DDD (DDD), and RBHA Contractors. The Contractor shall develop and maintain a provider Network that is sufficient to provide all covered services to AHCCCS members as specified in Contract, Policy, 42 CFR Part 457, and 42 CFR Part 438.
